Editors' note: We met Raj near the corner of 18th and P streets in Washington, DC. Because he's convinced that differences invariably lead to conflict and other evils, he believes we should all be one temperature. He's trying desperately to shed his detested US citizenship and be repatriated by his native India. He refused our offers of assistance.
